Two months since I last updated my journal, hm? Where do I begin, so much has happened and I've lost the will to but update anything anymore.

Well let's see, for starters, my Grandfather passed away on September 13, 2009. There were complications while he was hospitilized and the poor man couldn't hold on any longer, I never heard what exactly happened to him but apparently it was something with internal bleeding. My dad had gone up there for two weeks on September 12, but before he could even get up there my Grandfather had passed away. My dad stayed there for the two weeks as planned to be there for my Grandfather's service and everything and now my Grandfather has been cremated and put in a box in my Nana's home. May you rest in peace Robert Henderson, I'll miss you, you were like a second father to me.

Since my father returned from Alaska, things just get worst and worst. Apparently my father has grown dissastified with everything (and quite frankly, I have too) and now my parents are officially planning to get a divorce. Presently, my mom has been served her papers and according to them, my parents' court date is January 20th, 2010, exactly 5 days before my birthday (fml).

Although my Aunt came down for 6 days to help comfort my dad and myself through this, it didn't do too much and now i'm left locking myself in my office with my parents arguging in the background almost nonstop, thinking of my Grandfather all the more. I don't think I'll be having any happy holidays anymore, even if my dad says my Nana is coming down for Christmas and all, I don't know what good that will do.

The death of my Grandfather, and the divorce are the two prominent things that are going on in my life right now. Most of my friends, both old and new have been fine and I've been able to lay back and relax with them, even if it's just through online. Whereas School, although has been getting difficult, has helped me get my mind off this if only for a time. Expect an update sooner or later about what happens next, I just hadn't updated sooner because of my depression and lack of urge too want to update this thing.
